2006年 麦叔暂停学业并全心投入音乐事业，成为一个全职音乐人。 
2007年 发行了同名EP“Hightide Blues” 
2008年 在David Briggs于纳什维尔某旧寄宿学校改造成的录音室“the House of David”里制作并发行了唱片“Love Come Easy” 
专辑收录"Dreamin' Alone" ，"Let it Roll"，"Dancing with the Angels (Meg's Song)"（此歌写于乐队成员最好的朋友Meg Ingram的葬礼前夜，其21岁身患癌症而离世。） 
乐队每年都会在亨茨维尔进行the Meg Ingram Memorial Scholarship benefit concert演出。 
乐队在网络上也取得了一定的成功，并在OurStageCom赢得多项奖项。包括over fifteen Top 10 placements，reaching number 2 on Best of Pop for 2011。 
2007-2010，乐队在全国巡演，合作艺人包括Zac Brown Band，Sarah Barellis，JJ Grey&Mofro。 
同时也参与了很多音乐节，诸如the Bonnaroo Music Festival，the Florida Music Festival，the Hangout Festival，the Lynyrd Skynrd Simple Man Cruise。在2007-2010年期间，乐队平均每年表演150-200场。
