Deep Forest Green is an independent artist, guitarist and singer-songwriter, based in Barcelona (Spain). Gentle guitar sounds with intimate vocals. It's Indie-Folk, with an occasional twist. He gravitates towards a 70's-influenced sound, intimate and organic. His music is an ode to Mother Nature as well as an expression of inner reflections. As an avid traveler his music is often travel-inspired.


After studying at the Music College of the 'Aula de Musica Moderna i Jazz' in Barcelona city, he chose to follow the path of jazz and became active as a jazz musician. Over the years he got attracted to a more intimate and acoustic kind of music. Deep Forest Green has been performing as a solo-artist since 2018. He was influenced by artists and bands such as Iron & Wine, Midlake and Simon & Garfunkel. His artist name originated from a Simon and Garfunkel song.


His brand new, self-released, debut single "Mountains" is out now! It's an introduction to his sound. The song "Mountains" tells a story about a trip that he took together with my wife to the Yunnan high mountains, in China. A mountain hike turned into an eye-opening experience. The mountain hike resembles the 'mountains' that we climb within ourselves. He dedicated this song to his wife, who also partakes as 2nd vocalist. The next song, Meditation (Crashed), creates a sonic space that will draw you into a meditative mood.
