If success is magnetic by nature, this year’s outlook promises to be nothing short of spectacular for burgeoning DJ/Producer Kramnik. As a genuine dance music devotee, master mixologist and a figurehead within the international techno scene, it’s no surprise he's already locked down support from the industries’ most respected voices: “One to Watch” iDJ (www.kramnik.dj/reviews). 
No stranger to the music business, several years served at Sony BMG gave Kramnik a solid grounding and an affirmation to his cause, working with ‘real musicians’ such as Garbage, The Eurythmics and even a rather bizarre appearance on stage with Five! However, the corporate game wasn’t without its frustrations and he soon jumped ship to the EDM industry, following his personal interests. 
Kramnik began promoting and booking acts under Static Sound System (SSS) at the famed 19th Century Círculo de Bellas Artes Palace in downtown Madrid. It was here he inherited an insatiable thirst for story telling, accredited from being a frequent bystander to DJ’s such as John Digweed, Dimitri, Kevin Saunderson, Derrick May, and many more. A quiet study of their iconic mixing techniques and crowd manipulation gave further ambition to his tireless quest of “Perfection” - already surpassed in the eyes of David Atkinson over at M-Audio. 
After posting his first free public ‘Zen Zong’ 90-min LIVE-album-mix back in June 2009 a press snowstorm ensued. With the mix featured live on Total Kiss FM, it quickly garnered worldwide plaudits and clinched an acclaimed "Top Pick" from DJ Mag. Then came the 90 minute ‘K Song’ (another LIVE mix), the ‘Blue Song’ and, eventually, his acclaimed “Invisible Radio Show”, with almost 70.000 listeners… (www.kramnik.dj/music).

Kramnik has since never looked back and is still delivering intelligent shades of techno and progressive into further LIVE mix works through his respected “Invisible Radio Show” and the new “Invisible Talk Show”, which has been featured in radio stations around the globe: Ibiza Global Radio, Proton Radio, Ibiza Sonica, Ideal Club World Radio, Klubbers FM, DSI (“Mix of the Week”), AMDJs Radio Show, Club Lounge Radio, Play FM Russia, Insomnia FM, Dance Radio Canada, Ceoltronic Radio, Paris One Radio, Berlin FM, and many more. 
As for his own productions…, first came ‘BPM Blues’, boasting the inspiring use of a 1954 Howlin’ Wolf blues recording, which demonstrated momentous promise in the studio. Then came ‘Kramnik 1.0’ EP (CuePlay Records) with ‘Viclone’, ‘Hyksos’, ‘Dlython’ and ‘SwanTrack’. A dark, haunting and spatial deep techno

After the first EP came ‘Kramnik 2.0’ (Code2 Records): ‘M1’, a dark and eclectic side of techno, and ‘Schirzo’, something quite upbeat. ‘Kramnik 3.0’ (Triplefire Music): ‘Mongolium’, a spectacular dive into authentic shamanic throat singing from Mongolia, and ‘Overtone’, a sort of tribalish journey. Then came ‘Kramnik 4.0’ (Fondation Records): ‘Harmuk’, sampling a real harmonica, and ‘Pangea’, a strange and warped sci-fi thriller experiment. ‘Kramnik 5.0’ has not been released yet because it is going in the album, but features real whale recordings under ‘Flex’, a minimal dance-floor slammer, as well as a re-edit of the first EP for the album. All the tracks can be heard on www.kramnik.dj/music or Kramnik.
Both the last EP as well as Kramnik’s debut album, which is also a LIVE mix, are coming out under Kram Records, which Kramnik established in 2011 to promote his own productions, as well as other artists willing to explore the darker and more eclectic side of electronic. Because of his work in the studio, Kramnik was chosen by M-Audio and LoopMasters to sponsor his remix competitions, in which the winners got to release their entries on Kram Records!
