Thierry Pallanzi is a French author-composer of electronic music born on December 19th 1976. He has created and produced several albums and has participated in different events as a sound illustrator (ie fashion show). 
After a degree in Cultural Mediation, he goes for Sound System jobs in Nice on the French Riviera. 
Then he becomes Stephen Taylor’s sound assistant engineer ( Massive attack , Depeche Mode) in 2001. The same year, with two other associates , Lor and Nico, he offers us his first production under the name of Tiptoe. Six very dark Trip-hop titles. 
He follows a new degree course of Sound Engineering in 2003 at the IRCAM School. He creates an album in 2004 under the name of Tiou23 : this new opus called Le Thêatre du Bruit is very personal , a lot more electronic , cut into four acts. Each track represents a state of mind , an evolution of the person. 
Afterwards, he begins a series of travels: The USA where he meets the band Mùm and England. He comes back to France in 2008 , still in auto-production, this time under the name of Wipping WilloW in an electro/Jazz project in which he mixes.
