DESHAYLA, the name stands for pure music. Since she was young, she only ever wanted one thing - to be on stage. Her carrier began as a dancer in Zürich, Bern and in other Swiss cities where, amongst other things, she was allowed to perform for Michael Proctor (Vocal House Singer). However, her great passion for singing accompanied her in her daily life. Growing up with the culture that her Brasilian roots gave her, DESHAYLA developed an early interest in Bossa Nova, MPB, Axé etc. As a solo artist and also along with her cover band, DESHAYLA gave small concerts in Switzerland and in Germany, before daring, in 2006, to take the next step, which would change her music style completely. From then on, DESHAYLA was established as the lead singer of the band 7Sins, known for their 70s, 80s and 90s Funk & Soul cover versions. At the same time requests came in from diverse house deejays and producers, wanting DESHAYLA for their projects. She then recorded house tracks for DJ Jorge Martin S, DJ Energy and other well known deejays. The contact with DJ JAYBEE was already established but the collaboration only started with a joint gig in Moscow. This appearance was the ignition for their joint marketing venture. Currently the 26 year old DESHAYLA is focusing on house-music projects and is on the road together with DJ JAYBEE as MC/singer performing in different clubs in Switzerland, Germany, Austria and Russia.
