MOTION TRIO Reclaim the sounds! This innovative Polish trio founded in 1996 has already successfully changed the face of their instrument: The accordion. Most of the music played by this Trio Infernalso masterly is written by Janusz Wojtarowicz. The vanguard sound collages range somewhere between minimal music, jazz and disco polo - and meet the Notion of Motion: to redefine the accordion and explore soundscapes far beyond what has been experienced and associated with this instrument to date. On their album Play-Station the three musicians from Cracow concentrate their efforts on reclaiming sounds from the digital world.
