Tides is the third independent album release from Nashville-based singer\u002Fsongwriter, Shelly Fraley. Following the success of her first two albums, music from Tides has already gained exposure through TV spots. This album features a predominantly nautical theme, moving from upbeat pop songs, to haunting, atmospheric ballads.
