这张专辑的作者是十分受欢迎的美国配乐人George S. Clinton，他的音乐将永远和《Austin Powers》电影系列连到一起。Clinton的音乐生涯开始于纳什维尔，在那里他在写歌的同时还获得了大学音乐和话剧的双学位。毕业后他来到了洛杉矶组建了当时很受欢迎的乐队George Clinton Band，但不久后就解散了，Clinton作为一位歌曲作者签约到了华纳公司。他成功的为Michael Jackson, Joe Cocker, Diana Ross, Johnny Mathis, The Four Tops, Donny Hathaway, Smokey Robinson, The Jackson Five，Bobby Darin等众多着名艺人谱写歌曲，同时他还学习表演，并与Maria Muldaur, Shawn Colvin,Tom Chapin合作表演了百老汇剧目《Pump Boys and Dinettes》。Clinton最早的原声作品是为Cheech和Chong制作的电影《Still Smokin'》 谱写的配乐，但他真正进入公众的视野是因为1992年与Zalman King合作为《The Red Shoe Diaries》谱写的配乐，也就是从那时起Clinton为大量成功的电影谱写了配乐，比如：《Mortal Kombat》,《Mortal Kombat: Annihilation》, 《Beverly Hills Ninja》, 《Wild Things》, 《3,00 Miles to Graceland》,《The Santa Clause 2》 ,而喜剧系列三步曲《Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery》, 《Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me》和 《Austin Powers in Goldmember》注定要记入他的音乐生涯中。除了电影配乐音乐作品，Clinton还受其家乡附近的剧院Cumberland County Playhouse所托，为其谱写了《Smoky Mountain Suite》 ，《Spirit of the Mountain》。Clinton与他的妻子Charlotte和女儿Jessica现居住在加洲。
