The Dark Sides is a 6-song compilation EP featuring 6 early King Diamond tracks from various sources. Halloween comes from his solo debut, Fatal Portrait. Them comes from his third album, Them. No Presents For Christmas and Shrine were both b-sides, while The Lake and Phone Call were basically studio outtakes that later showed up as bonus tracks on the CD issues of Fatal Portrait and Them, respectively.
