Now is the the winter of my new content. Get it? The months have rolled by as I continue to write material for a new, full-length album tentatively slated to be recorded in the Spring and I couldn't be more EXCITED with how the songwriting has taken shape! I'm delving even deeper into my thematic wheelhouse and I can't wait for you all to get a chance to hear what I've been working on. There's only one issue that stands in my way at the moment and it is - simply put - money. This will be my first, full-length released without a record label so while opportunity, possibilities, and creative avenues have opened up tremendously, the burden of financing a record has also fallen squarely on singer\u002Fsongwriter shoulders, which I embrace excitedly, but somewhat frightfully! Frightfully because I've asked for so much from you all to this point already - coming to shows, buying records, etc - and I'm hoping that your generosity and support hasn't ebbed because...I need your help NOW MORE THAN EVER! There is so much that goes into the production and post-production of an album (studio time; engineer; revamped web design; promotions) and I'm really hoping to reach our goal so that I can set all of the right wheels in motion when the time comes. [In trying to come up with a tentative album title, I've floated many into the ether, awaiting lightning to strike or for flowers to wilt, so in the meantime we'll refer to the new record from hereon as its last iteration, I Remember You Well LP.] So while we're waiting to get to work on I Remember You Well, every pledge amount offers a little something-something, not the least of which is a pre-release, digital copy of my brand-new EP, Love on a Major Scale, that anyone pledging $10 or more will receive before it's even released to itunes! [The EP will be sent to you guys once I reach my goal!] The album - Love on a Major Scale - was produced by the wildly talented duo of Dave Pittinger and Jason Spiewak while I had the honor of performing all of the instruments that were recorded. We cut the kazoo though...bummer.
